Since our founding in 1996, Eyedentity has blossomed into a bustling optometry clinic where you can expect
quality eye care, a fantastic frame selection, and lots of fun. We can't wait to meet you!

WE HAVE THREE LEVELS OF EYE EXAM AVAILABLE FOR YOU SCHEDULE

Routine or Medical Eye Exam:
As of 2024 we do require masking from everyone who comes into our office, and our staff regularly wears KN94/95 masks.
We UVC light sterilize our exam rooms overnight, all machines are alcohol sterilized between each patient,
and we UVC sterilize all frames after they're tried on. If you feel comfortable with this level, we can book you any time we have appointments available.

For those who are extra health conscious/cautious, immunocompromised, high-risk,
and/or have people around them who are immunocompromised or at high-risk we
offer single patient or family windows with additional precautions available

Isolated/Private Routine or Medical Eye Exams
These are offered as our first exams on weekdays. The start time is 9:45.
We will have our usual scheduled staff in the office, but we block off our optical department's schedule and have the door locked.
We extend out the usual time of this appointment for a bit of buffer time between y'all and the next Routine or Medical Exam.
Please note: This type of exam is not available for booking on our online scheduler, only via communication via call/text/email.

Reserved Hi-Risk Exam Days:
We offer all of the same sterilization and health preventative measures as with the other two types of exams and also require that all patients coming in for exams test for covid that morning to confirm they are negative. The door is kept locked, we have air purifiers running, and we have a reduced staff in the office. We take as many precautions as we can and everyone scheduled that day is also taking as many precautions as they can in a team effort.
Please note: This type of exam is not available for booking on our online scheduler, only via communication via call/text/email.

Our office and optical shop are by appointment only

If you are tired of boring, plain, ‘meh’-looking frames….book an appointment with Eyedentity asap. They have a seemingly unlimited selection of unique frames. On top of that, they will look up the style and order the frame in another color if you want. They have such a supportive staff who make you feel comfortable (even when I have to try on 100 frames before I make a decision! Lol). I never feel rushed by them or pushed to get any certain thing. The only thing that might make ppl go “hmm?” Is that you pay a 25$ out of pocket cost to get pictures of the back of your eyeball with a fancy machine—so that they don’t have to dilate your eyes. Also there is an out of pocket contact fitting charge of 70-90$? I believe. The Dr. is so fun and goofy, he makes you feel right at home. (But they do carry some pricy international frames as well—the French La Font brand I picked up first were 600$ frames! Yikes! But so gorgeous… But don’t worry, they do have cute frames for every price point!

I really like the system Eyedentity has to protect me and other patients and the people who work with Doc at Eyedentity, from spreading or getting the flu or colds or covid or whatever virus is lurking.

I really like that although you all have to work in a very tight space with lots of other patients, and the whole Eyedentity staff, we each are being protected by needing to make appointments and appreciate that the demo frames on the store shelves are cleaned after each trial. It is like going to a restaurant and the tables and swerving plates, silverware etc. are cleaned between patrons! I really appreciate your wearing masks, too!

Eyedentity: Thanks for being so deliberate and caring!

My child is currently undergoing nearsightedness treatment at this facility, and the experience has been excellent. The staff there are all nice and most importantly the doctor always conducted a thorough vision examination for my child, paying careful attention to every detail.

Tiffany K.

I've been going here for years because I love their customer service. They do an amazing job of explaining everything clearly, they have fantastic frame options for all face sizes, and they are experts at helping me pick out the most flattering frames. I highly recommend Eyedentity!
